The structure of BMO Global Asset Management’s rotational graduate programme appealed to me as I was still undecided about what investment style and asset class I would be suited to. In addition, the company support’s you through the CFA, which was a qualification that I was keen to achieve post-university. First round was two very behavioral twenty minute phone interviews. The super day was a combination of behavioral and technical questions on rates. I have yet to hear back from BMO. I interviewed over 3 weeks ago. Trading products rotational program -BMO Capital Markets. The program culminates with an 18-week rotational phase during which the analyst trainees spend 6 weeks in 3 different markets, working on both new and existing client relationships while gaining exposure to the leadership teams, relationship managers and portfolio managers in these markets.

Events
The Building Maintenance and Operations (BMO) program offers training to its customer partners in a variety of formats:
- In-person;
- Webinar; or
- Conference call.
BMO Overview and DPA Training
Federal agency personnel should attend this Overview and Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA) training to learn about the overall structure, features and benefits of the BMO program. Before issuing task orders using BMO, Federal Contracting Officers (COs) must complete training and receive a Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA). Training sessions last approximately one and a half hours and will offer Continuous Learning Points (CLPs).
Please note: The BMO solution is currently only available in Zones 1-6. Federal agency personnel outside of these zones are welcome to participate, but the facility that they are contracting for must be within Zones 1-6 (until further Zones are awarded).

Bmo Harris Rotational Program
What does the training cover?
- Basic Contract Information;
- Scope;
- Ordering Process;
- Roles and responsibilities; and
- Resources.
Who should attend?
- Contracting Officers;
- Contracting Officers Representatives (CORs);
- Federal Technical experts; and
- Federal agency personnel that work with building maintenance contracts.
Each warranted Contracting Officer who takes the training will be issued a DPA and then authorized to use the BMO contract. Non-1102 personnel will receive CLPs but will not be granted a DPA.
